Cylib, established in 2022 in Aachen, was founded by CEO Lilian Schwich — a prominent figure in European battery recycling research — CTO Paul Sabarny, and COO Dr. Gideon Schwich, following almost a decade of research at the prestigious RWTH Aachen University.
